Biting is an impulse and it feels good to clamp my jaw really hard. It feels secure and comfortable and is my first line to deal with my rage. Sergey has been reading habits book to me and he says i should replace this habit with something else. i am not sure where to even start.

bus

Taking a trip with my favorite people was one of the best days ever. The bus was amazing because it had all my snacks huge windows lots of sitting area and a toilet. I cannot wait to do my next adventure as this is a whole new level of awesome.
